NPI - New Product Introduction

At Corilla our ‘quality and production team’ review each new Product that comes into our facilities to ensure that the parts are manufactured on the optimal equipment and the best site to suit the customer. This process ensures that the customer project is delivered on time and to the correct specification. Each product has Work Instructions drawn up to ensure we have the tools to train operators in a consistent method and to ensure customer quality is maintained.

If the product requires we will also put in place SFDC (shop floor data capture) documents to record key measurements or features of each part as it is made for quality data recording. This ensures consistency of production across single and multiple production runs.
