Agricultural

Corilla Plastics’ rotational moulding process is perfect for the manufacture of hoppers, tanks, cylinders and other large volume storage containers. We can also make tractor and vehicle parts such as the plastic mouldings found in cabs, tanks for water, diesel and hydraulic fluid, mud-guards, one-piece engine covers and most of the cab itself.

Air Conditioning

Rotational moulding is perfectly suited for the production of large and small volume ducting, especially when they involve complex curves and configurations where manufacture using more traditional metal cutting and welding techniques becomes even more expensive.

Automotive

The rotational moulding process enables the production of medium or large thermoplastic mouldings in a hollow, stress-free format. The process allows us to manufacture large products on a short, batch-run basis, economically and to deadlines, making it ideal for prototypes as well as volume production.

Other key advantages include the benefit of being able to use recyclable materials, excellent load bearing properties, the ability to manufacture with uniform or varied wall thicknesses or multi-walls, and availability of a wide range of colours and finishes.

Applications include interior trim, dashboards, bumpers, grilles and spoilers as well as covers, bottles, tanks and other specialist parts.

Bulk Containers

The difference between other moulding processes and rotational moulding is that rotational allows Corilla Plastics to make large volume containers in one piece, with no additional joints or fabrication necessary. This makes for robust products.

We can make tanks for fuel, water, chemicals or any other substance for storage above or below ground, or any shape or size, and we can use a range of materials such as nylon, polymer, polythene or polypropylene.

We produce containers to be used in the making of food-stuffs from food grade plastic and these can be of whatever shape, size and colour required. Numbers and logos can be “cast” in the moulding to personalise your product.

Materials Handling

Corilla Plastics can manufacture silos and dischargers in a variety of sizes and configurations to clients’ requirements. We can make forklift scoops, tipping skips, containers and tanks, and we can customise them in your choice of colour and finish.

Medical

Corilla Plastics has the expertise to be able to use rotational moulding to manufacture an astonishing variety of cabinets, cases and containers for use in the carriage and protection of medical equipment and the dispensing of medicines. Tolerances can be incorporated so that cases are moulded to support delicate instrumentation, samples or emergency supplies.
